Ring Lore is dedicated to providing user-friendly, professional services to you. Therefore, our online ordering system may look a little different than other online stores you may have seen. A list of all of our policies is included below.

PAYMENTS AND PROCESSING:
ALL Ring Lore orders are not treated as a final purchase but are instead treated as requests for a design. Therefore, all products listed in our store have a price of $0.00 and no payment will be accepted through our website. However, all product titles and additions include the anticipated price of that item. When you order a Ring Lore product, please expect an email to arrive in your inbox within 1 business day containing an approximate time of completion for your order, a total price for your product, and confirmation of your personal information. The email will also ask what payment method you wish to use. Ring Lore offers both check and cash options which will be mailed to our workshop after you respond to our communication. NO orders will be fulfilled before payment is received. Checks are the preferred option.
SHIPPING:
Ring Lore charges a fee of $9.30 for shipping within the United States and $15 to Canada. This fee will be included in your total which will be emailed to you in our initial communication. NO orders will be fulfilled before payment is received. We will email or text you when your payment arrives at our workshop and will begin the creation process when your payment arrives.
THE INITIAL COMMUNICATION:
Griffin Wilson, the Executive Director of Ring Lore will reach out to you within 1 business day of your purchase to confirm order and payment details. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from griffin.wilson@ringlore.ltwi.net. You will also receive an order confirmation immediately after your request is submitted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Ring Lore ensures quality with all of our handmade products. As our products are handmade, do not expect them to be perfect. However, we can assure you that your order is checked for quality before it is shipped to you. Therefore, NO refunds will be issued for Ring Lore products.
